Noel is our Chief Operations Officer, in whose capable hands we place responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our business. Noel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Accounting  holds  and is a qualified accountant (CPA), is a registered Tax and ASIC agent among holding a strata manager’s licence. Noel’s knowledge and commitment to the clients of Wellman Strata is an integral part of our service offering.
